6th Grade Home Folders
6th Graders will not have a computer over the summer and the school will NOT back up their work from the school computer. As the time approaches, we should strongly encourage students to back up their own work (Home Folder) so that they can transfer it themselves when they get their computers in 7th grade. Pudong and Puxi should do the same thing.
Faculty Network Password
We will change the Faculty network password once a month on Wednesdays after school at 3:00. Staff should meet in a common place at 3:00 on the dates specified to hear the password. Let them know ahead of time that this is the date that the password will be changed... if they know they will not be at the staff meeting, they should contact a tech integrator ahead of time.

Mobile Account
Keep software on but change accounts to standard account - take off Mobile accounts. In image next year, use Standard accounts.

Each tech intergrator is responsible for cleaning up their own divisions.

Plan a Geek-end for high end users... geeks speaking to geeks. Do a Friday afternoon dinner. If you agree to come, you agree to come with something to share. Do this right after Spring Break. Andy to talk to Dick K. with EARCOS to possibly get this sponsored.

We are going to postpone the rollout of Zimbra for SAS. There are still a bit too many variables that need to be nailed down. Beginning of the school year may be a better time.
